New opportunity for a Senior Risk Manager to join our Future Hub ? Risk transformation team, where you will play a pivotal role in leading the transformation of the Bank?s risk and compliance management practices. You will lead and develop individuals and team members to achieve goals and deliver RBA outcomes.
As Senior Risk Manager you will:
Lead executive endorsement of the target outcomes from risk transformation (initial focus on non-financial risk management)
Influence business leaders to own and drive the risk transformation within their respective business areas.
Establish qualitative and quantitative metrics to demonstrate progress made towards realisation of the target outcomes.
