Grow your career with a global retailer as an Internal Communications Assistant within our Communications team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12-month fixed term contract position.

 

What does the role look like? 

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of effective, best practice communications strategies to increase employee engagement
  • Create written, visual and audio content for ALDI Australia’s internal platforms
  • Build relationships, engage, collaborate and manage expectations of various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all communications-related tasks
  • Support the success and efficient operation of the Communications Department
