What does the role look like?
- Contribute to the development and delivery of effective, best practice communications strategies to increase employee engagement
- Create written, visual and audio content for ALDI Australia’s internal platforms
- Build relationships, engage, collaborate and manage expectations of various internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all communications-related tasks
- Support the success and efficient operation of the Communications Department
