We are now looking for a Production Manager to join our highly skilled team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager - Torbanlea, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth-running of daily operations in your nominated production area. You will be accountable for:
Ensuring compliance of Rollingstock car-bodies with all manufacturing, design and customer specifications
Management of a production workforce, schedule, budgets, quality and safety
Empowering team leaders and encouraging continuous improvement initiatives
This is a fulltime, permanent role, and is based in the Fraser Coast region of QLD About You:
5 years relevant experience in production management (manufacturing)
Trade qualification ? Ideally Fabrication or Mechanical Engineering trade.
Strong people management/mentoring skills and collaborative approach to work
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
