You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analysing processes, and documenting user stories for development with ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Experience in eliciting, documenting, and analysing user requirements.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in an Agile development environment (a plus).
Experience with user story writing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Implemented or optimized ServiceNow solutions, focusing on performance and reporting.
Improved insights analysis to derive actionable intelligence from ServiceNow data.
Demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Thrived in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, ideally within multi-stream programs.
Proven track record in managing change within large-scale projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, product owners, developers) to understand business needs and requirements.
Elicit, analyze, document, and refine user stories for ServiceNow development projects.
Work with developers to translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories.
Conduct gap analysis and process improvement assessments to identify opportunities for optimization.
Facilitate workshops and user interviews to gather detailed user requirements.
Create and maintain user stories and other business documentation using appropriate tools.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that developed applications meet user needs.
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow capabilities and limitations.
Identify and document business rules and processes relevant to ServiceNow applications.
Perform impact analysis to assess the potential impact of new features on existing functionalities.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Agile development methodology.
Salary: $120k plus super
