Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join their award winning, well established team based in Newcastle.
You will be reporting to the firm Principal overseeing the firm's HR and office management functions to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will be crucial in shaping strategic plans and developing policies and procedures.

Technology and Innovation
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a legal or professional services environment.
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in legal practice management software and other relevant technology.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
