About the opportunity
The Student Centre is the first point of contact for prospective students, current students, internal stakeholders and the general public to receive advice, assistance and support on student administration related enquiries and transactions. The Student Centre Administration Assistant is an essential member of the Student Centre team, responsible for responding to enquiries.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
complete administration tasks including email correspondence, handling of queries, generating academic transcripts, payments and mailing transcripts
provide email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
export university data across Microsoft Excel.
