We are looking for a full-time Carpenter to join our team.
Day to day maintenance activities include – Installing locks, Hanging internal and external doors, installing new door frames, remedial works to internal and external flooring, glazing, installing windows, installing security screen doors and windows, fencing repair work, patching and re-sheeting internal and external walls, installing clotheslines, installing new skirting and cornice, painting doors, installing blinds, inspecting and rectifying roof leaks.
Our larger jobs can include – All aspects of residential renovations/refurbishments, installing new timber or steel wall studs, sheeting internal & external walls, installing new timber or steel floor joists, welding steel gates or racks, installing kitchens and vanity units, re-sheeting roofs, concreting, installing new colour bond and garrison fences, installing steel mesh cages, re-cladding the exterior of houses, installing compressed sheeting to verandas and sub-flooring, installing decking, installing stair stringers and hardwood stair treads, vinyl floor tiling, ceramic floor tiling etc.
Applicant must have experience and be able to work unsupervised in remote locations throughout the Kimberley region.
This role is a FIFO/DIDO Full-time position.
Hourly pay rate between $45 - $50 per hour + a daily LAFHA.
Salary Equivalent between $110,000 - $125,000 Per Year + Superannuation.
Performance bonuses are also on offer.
Accommodation whilst at work & a work vehicle will also be provided and paid for by the Employer.
Ordinary hours of work will equate to approximately 45 hours per week for the calendar year. Any extra hours worked will be paid per hourly rate.
