Facility Officer

As a Facility Officer at our Park, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business park. You will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of the facilities within the business park, striving to create a comfortable and secure environment for our tenants and visitors. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse range of facilities and make a positive impact on the daily experiences of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
-Facility Maintenance:
-Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
-Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring they are completed promptly and to high-quality standards.
-Manage a preventive maintenance schedule for all facilities to minimize
downtime.

Safety and Security:
-Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
-Monitor security systems and access control to ensure a safe and secure environment.
-Collaborate with security personnel and local authorities to address
safety concerns.

Vendor Management:
-Oversee relationships with third-party service providers, including cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance contractors.

Review vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Tenant Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants regarding facility-related inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and address their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Budget Management:
-Assist in the development of the facility's budget and financial planning.
-Monitor expenses, prepare cost reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Environmental Sustainability:
- Implement and promote sustainable practices within the business park,
- including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly initiatives.

Documentation and Reporting:
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and vendor performance.
-Generate regular reports on facility performance and compliance.

Qualifications:
-Fluent in both Chinese and English.
-Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience in facility management or a similar role, with minimum of 3 years in the field.
-Strong knowledge of building systems, BMC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
-Proficiency in using facility management software and computer applications.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
-Understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
-Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
-Hold a current driver's license and own a reliable vehicle.

Other Conditions:
-Available to work on Saturdays if there is an urgent need.
