About these roles
As our Receptionist, you'll be the shining star of first impressions for clients, visitors, and our fantastic team! You'll manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to interact with diverse individuals and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly, guide them appropriately, and address their queries from arrival to departure.
Answer incoming administration and phone calls and voice mail messages promptly.
General administrative duties and managing the front of house area
Organise and schedule client appointments for relevant staff
