THE POSITION: We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Team Leader who is dedicated to fostering team development and ensuring daily operations are executed to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and proven leadership qualities to effectively manage, develop, coach, and mentor a large customer service team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Lead a team of 45 customer service officers, providing efficient and effective leadership.
Receive and manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Implement and maintain procedural guidelines to optimize customer service operations.
Develop and analyse visitation data, producing monthly reports for management review.
Oversee front desk and kiosk operations, including reception duties, cash handling, and processing memberships and enrolments.
Manage administrative tasks integral to the smooth operation of the Leisure Centres.
