We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to contribute to our growing success.

Position: Customer Service Manager

Location: Tullamarine, VIC 3043

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation per annum

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional support to clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their service requirements and expectations.
• Implement and enhance customer service strategies to optimize client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote client retention and business growth.
• Implement and monitor customer service policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices.
• Provide regular reports on customer service performance metrics to management.
• Conduct training sessions for customer service staff to enhance their skills and ensure a consistent service experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to propose and implement innovative customer service solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.

To be Accepted for this Role:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or related field.
• Two years of proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, demonstrating proficiency in managing customer service teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to achieve outstanding results.

Hours of work: This is a full-time position, typically involving 38 hours per week.
