We are seeking a Full-Time Loyalty Host, to develop and curate memorable customer experiences for our members and specifically cater to our VIP guests. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, and responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships through our loyalty program. Reporting to the Assistant Loyalty Manager, you will be passionate about building strong positive relationships with our customers and take ownership over VIP concierge requests, VIP promotions, events, and functions. Duties will include but are not limited to :
Establishing and cultivating strong positive relationships with all club members, with a particular focus on VIP members, to enhance satisfaction and retention.
