How you will make an impact: We are seeking a highly motivated Grade 2 Physiotherapist, to play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to our patients. You will work with the physiotherapy therapy team to provide evidence-based contemporary care to our private practice and outpatient rehabilitation cohorts at Elsternwick. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to improving the lives of our patients and you will benefit from working within a supportive environment under strong clinical leadership. You will enjoy working with members of the broader multi-disciplinary team and other stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of our Senior Grade 3 Neurological Physiotherapist and work alongside other senior rehabilitation staff and see a variety of conditions, including Parkinson's, Stroke, Vestibular, Reconditioning and General Neurological. We will ensure your career development progresses with access to professional development and supervision from senior staff, allowing you to further extend your own clinical, education and leadership skills. There could be opportunity to work additional hours based on activity. Key capabilities and responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes
Monitoring and evaluating patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Developing and improving service delivery in a private practice and rehabilitation setting
Delivering group programs to clients such as Parkinson's and general reconditioning.
Knowledge in PD warrior and vestibular physiotherapy highly desirable

Allied Health Allied Health, which represents twelve professions, is a rapidly growing and integrated service within Cabrini. Allied Health at Cabrini offers senior consultant and leadership roles; work in clinical streams; a junior staff rotation and support program; professional development and teaching opportunities; and developing strong external and university partnerships. About You: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Grade 2 Physiotherapist with a special interest in neurological physiotherapy to join our team at Cabrini Specialist Centre-Elsternwick working in our ambulatory services. What you will bring to the role Along with a strong client focus, commitment to quality clinical care and sound clinical skills, you will also have the following:

A physiotherapy degree and current registration with AHPRA.
A genuine interest in neurological and general physiotherapy, including private practice, Parkinson's rehabilitation and vestibular management.
Experience with a neurological caseload including Parkinson's and Stroke patients.
Strong team approach with other physiotherapy and allied health staff
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and an ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including surgeons and medical staff
Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate staff and patients.
Experience working with students and junior staff to support clinical skill development.
An ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including medical staff.
Flexibility in delivering individual and group physiotherapy, including hydrotherapy
Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
Participate in self and professional development
Mentor and supervise junior grade 1 staff
