The Role
We are looking for Progress Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. The Progress Support Assistant ensures that students are assisted in class or are withdrawn from class to receive other 1-1 or small group support to develop their literacy and numeracy skills.
Selection criteria
A commitment to students' social, emotional and intellectual development, including a strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
Capacity to work in a high-performing team, including a willingness to seek and respond to feedback and proficiency in the use of communication technology.
Ability to communicate with staff.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and with agility in both independent and busy work group environments.
Strong skill set in time management, priority management, utilisation of effective, efficient, and
Progress Support Assistants that are successful in joining the Clarendon team are excellent team players and confident communicators who are fully committed to the school and its community.
Knowledge, skill and qualification requirements:
Confidence to work collaboratively within the Progress Support team.
Demonstrated commitment to child safety.
Willingness to learn, be resilient and agile.
