Raptor Power Pty Ltd Electricial Engineering Technician to assist Engineers on Solar Power solutions. Benefits Competitive salary plus superannuation - $70k to $80K to the right candidate. Task & Responsibilities Manage the contractual terms, commercial responsibilities, engineering and drafting requirements and material procurement aspects of jobs or projects.  Direct, oversee and coordinate engineering, design and productivity for sub task being managed under your direction by other equipment or services departments. Work within the team actively mentoring and evolving team skills through leadership of best practices, evolving engineering design, and gaining an insight into best manufacturing and testing procedures on a job-to-job basis.  Be innovative in providing technical solutions. Stay informed of the requirements, technical specification, and scope of supply of the job or project.  Resolve matters with the assistance of suitably qualified people in the business depending on the issues/matters observed to skillfully manage daily project responsibilities delegated to them by the Project Managers, as well as manage and resolve any engineering issues.  Play a key role in management review changes, assess impact, provide details to PMs and strategies implementations. Responsible for the project close-off i.e. As constructed, proper completion and submission of test reports etc. Qualification & Experience Hold an AQF Diploma level or higher 2 year + work experience in related industry.  Someone who is excited about the opportunity to build a stable, rewarding, and fulfilling career Raptor Power.  Have a willingness to learn. Diligent work habits.   An ability to work unsupervised in a safe manner and/or in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, coupled with effective troubleshooting skills. Experience and knowledge on project management principles. Ability to manage the competing demands of multi, simultaneous projects. Establishing, managing, and reporting on project schedule, delivery, and stakeholder management.
