We?re seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and enhance the Cultural Venues in a council in the West. This 6-month role involves overseeing operations, driving improvements, and ensuring top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for concierge, venue, and business services.
Develop and manage systems, procedures, and budgets to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Foster a positive workplace culture and collaborate across teams to drive improvements and achieve goals.
Requirements:
Degree in Business or Management, or extensive industry experience.
Proven leadership, financial management, and customer service expertise.
Familiarity with event management systems and high-level reporting.
