Senior Contract Administrator | Luxury Apartment Builder Your new company Your new company is a privately owned multi-residential construction company operating in South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. It is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Contract Administrator to join their already successful company. All candidates must have previous experience with multi-residential builds. Your new role will be site-based; however, you will be required to work from the office 1-2 days per week to engage with the wider team. Your new role Your new role you will be responsible for:
Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
Progress claims and variations
Excellent communication skills
Administration of RFI's to clients, consultants and architects
Working alongside the PM to ensure smooth operations
What you'll need to succeed What you'll need to succeed in your application for this position; all candidates must have previous experience with high-rise construction. You will possess a strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors of varying skill and knowledge. You will also require the following skills, attributes and knowledge:
Experience using Procore
Understanding of Hammertech
Strong Financial Acumen
Punctual
Ability to work autonomously and also part of a wider team
