Task & Responsibilities ·  Plan and manage strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality, ensuring adherence to both tight deadlines and budgets. ·  Engage directly in daily operational activities, upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. ·  Build and lead a team dedicated to achieving high performance and continuous improvement, focusing on rigorous training and management practices. ·  Maintain strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring all operations meet legal and ethical standards. ·  Keep ongoing, proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective coordination. ·  Handle financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to optimize financial health and organizational growth. ·  Develop and implement comprehensive safety and risk management protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. ·  Manage the development and refinement of systems and processes during strategic transitions to ensure efficient and effective operations. ·  Participate in and represent the organization at official occasions, negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums. ·  Authorize the funding of major policy implementation programs, ensuring strategic initiatives are well-supported financially. ·  Make strategic financial decisions that influence the organization’s profitability and operational efficiency. Qualification & Experience Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience. Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years in logistics or related fields, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing complex operations. Industry-Specific Skills: Expertise in bulk liquid storage and handling, with hands-on experience in equipment operations. Operational Competence: Demonstrated capability in managing and engaging directly in operational tasks. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and effective communication skills to manage diverse teams and complex stakeholder relationships. Fluency in German is required to facilitate operations and communications within a multilingual team. Financial Acumen: Experienced in managing budgets and optimizing operational costs. Technical Proficiency: Familiar with industry-standard logistics and inventory management systems. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
