? Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
? Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing.
? Monitor contract performance and compliance.
? Address and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.
? Maintain detailed and organized records of all contracts.
? Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams.
? Provide support and guidance on contract matters to project managers and other staff.
Qualifications/Attributes:
? Must hold a Diploma in Business or relevant field or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
? Must possess at least a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification work experience.
? Must have thorough understanding of contract law and principles.
? Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
