General Gardener and Landscape Gardener
We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time employee who has had at least 3 years of relevant experience working in the industry. You will be rewarded for your skills and experience and will be provided with a long-term career path.
Skills and experience:
- Demonstrate experience or qualifications in the Horticultural industry in a similar role.
- Certificate 3 in Horticulture or similar
- A strong focus on Work Health and Safety, Quality & Environmental
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- An eye for detail and desire to produce a very high standard of work
- Current driver's license (MR preferred)
- Construction White card
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Traffic Management qualification desirable.
- Chemical Spray License desirable.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Completing garden maintenance tasks such as but not limited to pruning, mulching, weeding, lawn mowing
- Leading a small team
- Operating maintenance equipment including power tools in accordance with OH&S procedures
- Reporting to maintenance supervisor
- Assist management in maintaining ISO9001, ISO45001, & ISO14001 accreditations.
Salary Range: $73,150 to $80,000
