What you can expect
We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to identify, build and nurture commercial partnerships and drive a pipeline of leads for Workvivo across APJ. As the first Partner Manager in the region, this hire will play a key role in our commercial and strategic expansion. This role will be based in Sydney, reporting to the Head of Partnerships based in EMEA.

What we’re looking for
• Experience in a fast-paced Channel Sales environment. Experience with Partnerships, Business Consulting, SI & VAR's also valuable.
• Experience hunting in greenfield environments with a go-getter mentality
• Able to establish trust quickly with prospective channel partners and run the full partner lifecycle, start to finish
• Experience building & maintaining meaningful C-level executive relationships
• Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to partner executives
• Experience of identifying and utilizing internal resources (Sales, Sales Development, Solutions, etc) to build Workvivo brand awareness and help to close deals
• Have superb listening skills; you must understand partner challenges, pains and potential objections and articulate the business benefits of partnering with Workvivo
• Have a high level of empathy - it’s important for our Partner Sales Managers to be good people to colleagues, customers and partners
