An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Gaming Supervisor with table games experience, to join The Ville Resort - Casino.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing table game operations, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and procedures approved by the OLGR.
Key responsibilities include resolving disputes, maintaining a thorough understanding of supervised games, and ensuring a smooth and efficient gaming environment.
The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced casino setting. You must hold the necessary licenses and demonstrate a commitment to upholding high standards of integrity and customer service.
About You
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to obtain a QLD Casino Employee License, both are mandatory pre-requisites.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be numerate, a quick learner
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificates are mandatory requirements for the role.
