Huge Insurance business recruiting Property Assessors for role based in Sydney Your new company

This is a great opportunity for someone to progress their career within the insurance industry by moving into a Property Assessing Team Leader role. You will bring experience in either property assessing, insurance building or property claims to become a Team Leader for Property assessing. You will be training new assessors, implementing new practices and upskilling assessors across NSW.
Your new role
Working as a Property Assessor Team Leader, you will be;
Providing training to assessors on the job
Managing scope of works
Dealing with escalations
Ensuring that all SLA targets are being met and that you are providing a high level of training and experience
Writing accurate assessment reports, and performing quality checks on assessors
Assisting with assessing duties at times of high volumes
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;
Experience in Property assessing (preferred) or experience within Property Insurance Building
Excellent written and verbal communication skills being comfortable talking to internal stakeholders
An attention to detail and strong computer skills
Computer literacy
Valid driver's license
