The WHS function is crucial to our client's success, promoting safe behaviors across all teams. As WHS Manager, you will lead with the freedom to innovate: Safety and Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy and Process Excellence: Lead the development, maintenance, and review of WHS policies and processes. Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance WHS delivery.
Audit and Compliance: Conduct internal audits of the Health and Safety Management System and assist with external client/third-party audits.
Training and Development: Boost workplace capability through training, coaching, and mentoring. Increase engagement and performance in WHS practices.
