About the Role
Practitioners at Lojic are committed to improving the quality of life of the people we support.
Here are some of the key day-to-day duties:
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the individual’s strengths, challenges, and triggers for challenging behaviours.
Developing Behaviour Support Plans: Collaborate with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to create personalized Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.
Skill Development: Work on building essential life skills, communication abilities, and social interactions for individuals.
Training and Education: Provide training and education to families, caregivers, and support networks to ensure consistent implementation of the PBS plan
About You
Bachelors Degree in Behaviour Support, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Education, or a related discipline
Holds an NDIS worker clearance and Working with Children Check
NDIS regristration or the ability to complete this
Direct experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in an implementation environment, such as support work highly preferred
