About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves responsibilities across management reporting, including supporting the collation, analysis, and reporting of timely and accurate financial information related to business performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Finance Manager to provide commercial financial insights and advice, focusing on business performance and investment decisions.
Provide financial analysis and management performance reporting, supporting the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
Deliver analysis of management, commercial, and financial reports as needed.
Assist in implementing strategies and frameworks to ensure business managers understand and accurately interpret analysis, commercial advice, forecasts, and commercial reports.
Lead month-end close processes, reviewing results, and challenging trends/performance with business partners.
Assist business budget owners with preparing budgets and forecasts, providing sound financial advice and recommendations.
Provide modelling, sensitivity analysis, and “what if” scenario modelling as required.
Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline AND CA or CPA qualified.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in complex financial analysis
Strong experience in financial and/or management accounting and analysis, with robust numerical and financial modelling skills.
Good commercial acumen and a solid understanding of Corporate Finance concepts.
Demonstrated ability to organise and interpret complex, detailed financial information and present analytical results for management decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience in building relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal forms.
