Due to experiencing significant growth in our GNA operations and being recently awarded contract within WA Country Health Services, NDIS and DVA, we are seeking a Relationship Manager to work closely with the service providers, sales team and with the GNA Services.

The Relations Manager will be responsible for the overall success and execution of our clients’ contract including building strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies and plans.
The role will be based in Perth Metropolitan and will require occasional planned and ad-hoc travel within Western Australia and eastern states to meet the service needs of GNA.

The opportunity exists for the successful candidate to really make this this role their own and play a big part in the growth and success of GNA Services in Australia.

Job Description: As a Relations Manager at GNA Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of services to individuals receiving NDIS Services, IHP Services with WA Country Health Services- Southwest, Department of Veteran Affairs Services, Staffing Services along with stakeholders and clients. Your primary responsibilities will be collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish the service objectives and generate leads to grow the services.

Requirements

-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government representatives, industry associations, and public.
-Act as the Change Communications Lead for business initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and engaging associates
effectively.
-Manage team, fostering a culture of development and excellence in Corporate Relations
-Identify, develop, and maintain strategic B2B partnerships.
-Drive vision of GNA Services with current and existing partners.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the health and welfare service industry segment.
-Conduct regular presentations and service demonstrations to prospective service providers and clients.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure and evaluate seamless execution of business initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback with marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and innovation of GNA Services
-Prepare and present regular service growth reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the B2B and project manager.
-Act as the change communications lead for business initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and engaging associates
effectively.

Mandatory

Education: Minimum of Bachelors degree of any stream
Experience: Minimum of 5- year experience in cooperate relations

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in B2B relations or business development, preferably in the service industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 0900-1700
