RJ & N CUA VINEYARDS requires 15 farm workers to assist with our grape production operation, including picking, packing, pruning, and general vineyard labouring. These positions are based in Red Cliffs, VIC, however you may be required to also work at our vineyard located in Mundubbera, QLD. Assistance with transport and accommodation between locations will be provided.
Experience in this field of work is beneficial, however not essential as training will be provided. Applicants must be able to work quickly and prepared to undertake physically demanding and repetitive work in an outdoor environment. Opportunities to gain new skills and qualifications may be offered to suitable candidates.
This is a full time, 3-year fixed term position. Typically, you will need to be available to work 8-10 hours per day, 5-6 days per week including weekends. These hours can vary from week to week, and the actual days worked and times will be at the discretion of the employer.
Pays are paid on a fortnightly basis. Pay rates, conditions and allowances are based on the fulltime rate in accordance with the Horticulture Award 2020 – Level 1, currently $23.46 per hour.
