With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skill sets, you could find yourself doing any of the following activities:
physically fit and able to perform in a fast paced role
work in a process line completing repetitive actions, portioning and manual handling
Ensure all aspects of the manufacturing process are planned and executed
Accurate inventory reconciliation and participate in stocktakes as required
Always ensure that the plant and equipment meets specified standards is in safe working condition.
Report staff and workplace issues to Site Manager when they occur focusing on continual improvement.
Adhoc responsibilities designated by Site Manager or Delegate.
Attend and participate in all relevant training and personal development.
Compliance with relevant HACCP requirements.
Level 0: Annual: $58,411 p.a Hourly rates: $29.56 p.h Level 1: Annual: $61,315 p.a Hourly rates: $31.03 p.h Level 2: Annual: $64,260 p.a Hourly rates: $32.52 p.h Level 3: Annual: $70,069 p.a Hourly rates: $35.46 p.h Level 4: Annual: $72,578 p.a Hourly rates: $36.73 p.h
Entry level pay rates are based on no or little relevant experience, You will have the opportunity to progress through the above levels based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance and performance record.

To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:
Australian Citizen / Permanent Residency / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential
Pass a Pre-employment medical check including drug alcohol test
Physical Stamina, Attention to detail, Strong Work Ethic and willing to work as part of a diverse team
Willingness to work in hot and cold environments in a factory setting
Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to receive the vaccination
Be able to provide two reference checks
Immediate start possible
Availability across day and afternoon shift - Early morning and Mid-afternoon starts depending on your assigned role and previous experience.
