DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Deliver a first-class service to our customers.
Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 6 technicians and apprentices.
Ensure your team achieves its KPI?s to deliver results.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service/Branch Manager
Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens
Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) is preferred.
