We are excited to introduce our division, MaxFarm Machinery, providing an extensive range of agricultural equipment Australia-wide, specifically selected for Australian farming conditions.

Position Overview:
Farm Tech Machinery has an exciting opportunity available within our MaxFarm division for a Sales Representive. This role will be based at our Head Quarters in Wodonga. In this role, you will collobrate with the marketing team to action inbound leads. You will build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to help them achieve their farming goals.

You will also get a kick out of performing machinery demonstrations and attending Field Day events.

The Role:
Connect with existing and prospective customers to provide them with the machinery solutions to meet their business goals;
Collaborate with the marketing team to utilise our CRM to respond to inbound leads;
Provide technical advice and troubleshooting to customers;
Develop quotes and proposals that suit our customer needs and submit them in a timely manner;
Effectively manage the sales process, interations with your customers, your pipeline and diligent record keeping in accordance with our CRM procedures;
Negotiate and close sales to achieve quarterly targets.

Key Skills:
Living in Australia within easy reach of WODONGA VIC
Agricultural industry knowledge and proven sales experience;
Self motivated with a results-driven focus;
Communication, influencing, and negotiation skills;
Problem-solving and creative thinking;
Team player and always working towards making a positive difference to the team environment.
