The Food and Beverage Bar Supervisor is responsible for the operations of the Restaurant, Bar, Conference, Villa Catering and Pool Bar operations. This Full time role works across a 24/7 rotating roster so you'll have plenty of variety in your supervisory shifts!
The responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Bar Supervisor include:
- Ensuring efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Providing for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations.
- Familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.
- Ensure staff are competent in all service procedures and they are able to maximize sales to guests.
- Set up and pack down of events/conference rooms and coordination on the day with suppliers.
- Handle any escalated guest complaints to a guest focused solution.
- Ensure guest billing is completed accurately following Hotel procedure and that correct charges are posted.
