**This opportunity is for current Centacare employees only.The primary role of the Enterprise Applications Administrator is to monitor and maintain Centacares enterprise applications suite and work in a cross-functional environment to support and improve business processes through technology. Key Accountabilities:
Provide 3rd level technical support for Centacares Enterprise Applications, and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
Own technical support for all applications within the portfolio, with a focus on maintaining high availability, optimising performance, and supporting business processes across multiple departments.
Develop and maintain a sound understanding of the organisations enterprise applications in the specific areas of how the systems are used, where and how data is stored, system integrations and application architecture.
Perform and provide regular security audits access management and security patching.
