About the Role:
You'll be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls, catering to our valued B2B customers. This involves handling orders and inquiries, managing the email inbox, and tracking freight logistics. Your role will also include liaising with our warehouse, ensuring smooth tracking and checking of stock and products. Building and maintaining internal sales relationships is a crucial aspect of this role, involving placing orders, following up on payments, and supporting inquiries about product availability.
Location: Silverwater, NSW
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (opportunity for 1 day WFH)
Day-to-Day Expectations:
We're seeking candidates with prior Customer Service experience, or if not, a willingness to learn and adapt to our systems and products. Being able to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and handle varied customer queries.
