Site Administrator

We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our Mining Geotechnical team at our KCGM (Kalgoorlie), WA operations. This will be on going, long-term project work.
Part-time position, 20 hours per week Monday Thursday (5 hour per day).
The Role
The Site Administrator facilitates smooth operations by providing essential administrative support, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, and maintaining accurate records.
This role plays a pivotal part in optimising site functionality, enabling the team to focus on core operational tasks while ensuring logistical and administrative processes run seamlessly.
  Key Responsibilities:

Maintain site facilities.
Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system.
Incoming and outgoing freight bookings and local pickups.
Plan and coordinate travel itineraries.
Maintain stationery and office consumables.
Maintain PPE and Uniform Stocks
Processing, completion and forwarding paperwork to assist the day-to-day functions.
