We are now looking for a competent Contract Administrator to join our professional team.
Annual Salary: $81,016 plus Superannuation Contributions
Duties and Responsibilities of the Contract Administrator
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate changes to contracts and projects, ensure compliance and transparency
• Prepare and manage documentation related to contracts and projects
• Identify and address inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and projects, provide advice to the management team on important issues that requiring attentions
• Gather data from projects, review, analyse, and prepare reports related to project results for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues (particularly Project Manager, Architect, management team, and etc.) to ensure the successful execution of the projects and achieve the project goals
• Supervise contractors' work and report on changes to work orders
Required Skills and Experience
Qualifications: At least Bachelor’s degree in a highly relevant field
Experience: At least two years relevant working experience
Essential Skills:
• A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to tasks
• The ability to address and solve problems innovatively
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork, time management, multi-tasking, and etc.
• Initiative and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Background and experience within the Construction industry is preferred
