Our vision is to create an all-inclusive service that includes all the property-related services to reduce the works the clients need to do and maximise the efficiency. We aims to provide strategic, operational, and technical guidance and services regarding real estate with our commitment to meet clients’ needs. We are now looking for a competent Contract Administrator to join our professional team.

Annual Salary: $81,016 plus Superannuation Contributions

Duties and Responsibilities of the Contract Administrator

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate changes to contracts and projects, ensure compliance and transparency

• Prepare and manage documentation related to contracts and projects

• Identify and address inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and projects, provide advice to the management team on important issues that requiring attentions

• Gather data from projects, review, analyse, and prepare reports related to project results for continuous improvement

• Collaborate with colleagues (particularly Project Manager, Architect, management team, and etc.) to ensure the successful execution of the projects and achieve the project goals

• Supervise contractors' work and report on changes to work orders

Required Skills and Experience

Qualifications: At least Bachelor’s degree in a highly relevant field

Experience: At least two years relevant working experience

Essential Skills:

• A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to tasks

• The ability to address and solve problems innovatively

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Teamwork, time management, multi-tasking, and etc.

• Initiative and a proactive attitude

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Background and experience within the Construction industry is preferred
