Reporting to a Development Team Leader, you will join our Sydney CBD office where you’ll contribute to new and innovative ways of producing software.
Our team
We’re a team of 9 developers, 2 team leaders, a quality assurance engineer and a product manager, working on product that outsources legal administrative work in the conveyancing industry. We work hard, support each other, and walk away satisfied. We keep up with the latest technologies, tools and tricks of the trade – we’re always refining our approach, and everyone has a seat at the table. We ship products daily, with tight schedules. Things move fast and change quite a bit around here. We’re hands on, passionate, persistent, and creative.
Our tech stack includes: .NET 8 containerized Web API, a React (Typescript) front-end, SignalR, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS. We use Git for source repository, and Azure DevOps to manage our CI/CD.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Contribute to assessing project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Ownership of all aspects of our software product: architecture, quality, user experience…
What you bring to the table
- You are motivated and passionate developer, who has worked on projects within an agile environment and strives to create high quality work, whilst understanding the needs and goals of the business.
- You have an understanding of OO, SOLID and design patterns that avoid redundancy and promote efficiency, legibility, testability and maintainability of code.
- You are excited to work with and learn our tech stack.
- You have a desire to collaborate and innovate with our internal teams (both technical and non-technical).
- You possess effective written and verbal communication skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.
