Your responsibilities:
Expand your network and foster business relationships in the Melbourne market.
Develop a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates.
Manage end-to-end talent solutions for client companies across diverse industry sectors.
Stay abreast of hiring market trends, sharing consultative insights.
Engage in company events, networking, and CSR initiatives.
Your qualifications:
Proven experience in agency recruitment or similar B2B client-facing roles.
Strong track record of cultivating business relationships.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
Passion for technology and eagerness to learn, developing a commercial skill set.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
In addition to a competitive $80,000 to $90,000 base salary plus super:
