About the Role
As the Safety Lead you will be instrumental in supporting the Approved Maintenance Organisation in implementing and maintaining our Safety Management Systems, ensuring our operations conform to the highest standards set by the CASA Part 145 Manual of Standards (MOS). Reporting directly to the AMO Safety Manager, you will act as the WH&S subject matter expert for our Engineering team facilitating risk assessments, coordinating safety reports, and driving the continuous improvement of safety processes.
The Safety Lead is responsible for, but not limited to:
