- Lead and optimise Store Profit & Loss (P&L) for maximum financial performance.
- Drive sales through strategic planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee product returns and manage display stock effectively.
- Ensure accurate stock, cash, and payment systems control.
- Coordinate seamless stocktakes with the National Inventory Manager.
- Maintain precise inventory accuracy and handle store cash and banking.
- Generate insightful monthly sales and margin reports.
- Empower staff to achieve sales and margin targets with clear daily goals.
- Monitor and adjust customer discounts and product mix for optimal results.
- Manage all store operations, presentation, and backend processes.
- Implement top-notch visual merchandising strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints swiftly.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with WHS policies.
- Execute impactful promotional strategies and manage the Local Area Marketing Budget.
