Job description
A leader in Supply Chain management is recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and joining a close-knit team of 5 this role will see you be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger and subsidiary systems while preparing timely and precise financial reports.
Duties include:
Prepare month-end payroll journals as needed and conduct review and analysis.
Balance sheet reconciliation
Compliance with annual workers compensation requirements
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Payroll Tax, PAYG, BAS, and FBT
Assist with end of month reporting including the development of reports on key areas and budgeting and forecasts.
Skills:
CA/CPA qualified or near completion
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
