Purpose of the role The purpose of the Senior Support Worker is to support care staff in assisting clients to develop skills, maximise their independence, participate within the community and facilitate relationships. This role will deliver practice leadership to the team, will promote active supports and will model desired behaviours within the team. Why join team Achieve?
