We're seeking a Care Manager to oversee clinical governance and lead our care team:
Ensure Person-Centred Care principles are upheld
Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
Manage AN-ACC documentation and submissions
Mentor and develop nursing and care staff
Drive continuous improvement and quality systems
Foster relationships with health professionals and stakeholders
Contribute to facility development alongside management
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and significant Aged Care experience
Deep understanding of Accreditation Standards, AN-ACC, and relevant legislation
