Key Responsibilities
Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to enhance system design and integration.
Oversee and support SuccessFactors, ensuring optimal performance.
Develop reporting solutions for decision-making and collaborate with HR for system improvements.
Stay updated with platform changes and best practices.
Maintain HR data integrity and validate system configurations.
Manage one direct report for system administration.
