The client is seeking a skilled and experienced System Analyst to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and designing IT systems, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with clients and technical teams to deliver exceptional IT solutions.
As a System Analyst at Akshar IT Services and Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the IT systems are aligned with the strategic goals of our clients, driving operational excellence and innovation. Your analytical skills and technical expertise will be crucial in identifying system improvements and implementing effective solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
You must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years previous experience in the similar role is must.
In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Engage with a range of internal and external business and technical stakeholders to understand and evaluate key requirements and support the delivery of effective solutions to satisfy those requirements
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement IT systems to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
• Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans, which ensure the quality and integrity of the system.
• Create user and training documentation, conduct formal training sessions, and support users in adopting and using new systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with developers and other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients during customer, employee research design programs and manage the project to completion
• Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
• Develop and manage test plans of technical solutions
Candidate
You will need to possess the following skills and personal attributes:
• Proven expertise in programming proficiency and system architecture.
• Ability to prepare and own high-quality business analysis deliverables.
• Strong end-to-end business analysis skills on complex policy and technical concepts
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving ability
• Able to analyse and interpret data, and report back insights to customers
• Extensive experience in an information technology environment
• Experienced in all aspects of business development, specifically in planning and system management.
• Strong self-management skills and a sense of responsibility, capable of efficiently executing tasks in both independent and team environments.
