Skills:
· Experienced in the kitchen as a Chef /cook/baker.
. Experience in cooking Indian & Pakistani cuisine is mandatory, especially deserts.
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
. Ability to work in a team
· Advanced communication and organisational skills
· Ability to work under pressure and extended hours of work when needed
· Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends as well as a minimum of 38 hours/per week
· Cooking and overseeing kitchen operations, including stock take and stock check.
· Inspect all food products and prepare food as ordered by customers.
Must have experience in all Indian & Pakistani cuisines.
