Based in Cardiff NSW, Griffiths Transport is a family owned and operated business established in 1948. We have both a mechanical workshop and a transport division. Our busy workshop deals mostly with fleet vehicles and long-standing customers.
About The Role
• Routine servicing on customers heavy vehicles, as well as our own vehicles and equipment
• Defect repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Accurate and timely completion of job cards, detailing work completed, and parts used ect. (training in software used will be provided)
• Maintain safe working conditions and keep your area tidy.
Skills & Experience
• Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade (or similar)
• Heavy Vehicle Drivers licence (preferred, not essential)
• Heavy Vehicle inspection Tickets (welcome but not essential)
• Clear communication skills, both verbal & written
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• A professional approach to, and pride in your work.
The position open is Monday to Friday with overtime and Saturday work available. The prospective candidate must be highly motivated and be able to work well within our friendly team. Immediate start is hopeful.
