Location: Various locations in the Pilbara region, WA, and occasional shut down work in the Goldfields region, WA.
Tidal Solutions Pty Ltd offer specialist support services to the mining and oil & gas industries with complete maintenance and construction solutions, including onshore, offshore and isolated mine site support services.
We are currently seeking to fill in several positions for qualified and experienced Fitters (General) to join our committed and progressive Clients based in various locations in the Pilbara region as well as occasional shut down work for our clients based in the Goldfields region. These are full-time permanent positions while being assigned (on hire) to Client Businesses.
Fitter (General)
• Examine detailed drawings or specifications to find out job, material, and equipment requirements.
• Set up and adjust metalworking machines and equipment.
• Repair and replace worn and faulty mechanical components.
• Knowledge and experience in Welding
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Practical and creative
• Willing to accept responsibility.
• Able to perform careful, accurate work and a good team player.
• Must have Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or at least 5 years working experience.
Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
A full-time position with top wages paid for the right candidate.
