As the first point of contact for our hotel, your friendly and welcoming personality, and your knowledge of the hotel will help to create a great first impression for our guests.
- Handle all incoming reservations enquiries via email or phone, taking opportunities to up-sell hotel services and maximise revenue opportunities
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests
- Ensure special requests are communicated to relevant Departments to ensure they are actioned appropriately and in a timely manner
- Respond to all reservations emails in a timely manner ensuring that accurate information is recorded in the reservations system
