Your new role Working with a large not-for-profit health fund across multiple branches in Perth, this organisation is seeking a full-time Customer Service Officers (Booragoon) to join their teams! The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face
Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients
Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service
Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes
Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients
Enjoys working in a team environment
The successful candidate will be expected to commit to 1-week of training in Sydney, and accommodation will be provided. What you'll get in return
